Our story
Seven years fixing businesses. Now under our own name.
This isn't theory from an advisor who's never made payroll. It's a track record.
Our founder started where a lot of good operators start, on the floor of a struggling store. A uBreakiFix location averaging about $5,000 a month. He took over management, tightened every part of how it ran, and in two months had it clearing $48,000 a month, and holding there.
That got noticed. Next came the uBreakiFix on North Kendall Drive at 88th, which he took from $40 to $50K a month to $80 to $90K in three months, making it the busiest location in South Florida, all by keeping the operation as efficient as it could be.
From there it was Xfinity, as a District Manager in South Florida. Five stores became 22 retail locations, from North Fort Lauderdale down to Florida City, and Miami became the third most successful district in the company for sales.
Then the road. For years he was the person the company flew in to fix districts that were falling behind. Three months in Houston to turn it around and train the new manager to hold it, then Fresno to do it again. Same playbook every time: work the floor from the bottom up, take care of the associates, repair the relationship between the team and management, leave it better than he found it.
The biggest one came last. After a conference in Los Angeles, a team of just twelve directors set out to launch Verizon's SafeLink program faster than anyone had grown in that space. As a regional field trainer, he launched markets, built the infrastructure, connected with communities, and trained the associates who'd run them. Together, that team of twelve grew to over 600 employees in under six months.
Somewhere in all of it the pattern became obvious: the work he was best at wasn't any one company's playbook. It was people. Training them, lifting them past what they thought they could do, and carrying that success from one place to the next. So he built his own thing. Today that's Blue-Collar Workers, running operations and books for 6+ clients who get an operator, not just an advisor.
